Phase 2
Phase 2 of this entry plan will focus on sharing the findings from Phase 1 with the district's newly established Key Communicators group. The Key Communicators group will be organized during Phase 1 and will include stakeholders as listed that will serve the specific purpose to advise the Superintendent on establishing the goals and objectives that shall be the basis of the final report and presentation as outlined in Phase 3.

Entry Plan Report Update

I wish to thank all those who participated in this process through the completion of surveys or meeting with me to discuss our community, to share a concern, or to share a compliment.

Entry Plan Update
Posted by David Zerbe on 8/19/2014 7:00:00 AMThis is an update and/or current status report of my Entry Plan and Vision for the Future document progress. Although I eagerly planned to acclimate myself and learn what I felt was necessary in order to appropriately provide a substantial report on Methacton School District, I realized that it has taken much more time than I had ever expected. It obviously has taken greater than 100 days. However, I have been actively working towards a final product and I intend to provide a draft for the Board of Education no later than October 1, 2014 and then present a public copy via this website by the end of October 2014. This report will include my observations and the data from the community, student, and staff surveys. I do appreciate your continued support and patience while I work towards this goal.
