On July 19, 2016, the Methacton Board of School Directors met to evaluate the performance of Superintendent Dr. David Zerbe. The evaluation was based on the following agreed-to objective performance standards:

- District Operations & Financial Management
- Communications & Community Relations
- Human Resource Management
- Professionalism
It is the evaluation of the Board of School Directors that Dr. Zerbe has met these standards.
