     ALL 2020 INCOMING 7TH GRADE NEED PROPER IMMUNIZATIONS

    (TDAP AND MENINGITIS VACCINE)

     

    ONLY STUDENTS HAVING INCOMPLETE RECORDS WILL RECEIVE

    E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS.

     

    THOSE PARENTS NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL WILL NEED TO PROVIDE IMMUNIZATION DOCUMENTATION TO THE NURSE BY: MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2020

    New Pennsylvania School Health Law requires your child to have the following immunizations with their records on file with the Arcola School Nurse by: MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2020.

                                                 

                                                                      1) Tdap (Tetnus, diptheria, and pertussis) 
                                                                     
                                                                        2) MCV4 (Meningoccal vaccine) 

     

    These are implemented on NOVEMBER 2, 2020, and your child will be excluded AFTER this date if the records are not on file with the Arcola School Nurse.

    7th Grade Health Requirements for 2020-21 

    A completed dental exam documented on a completed school dental form is also required for 7th grade (forms found in the forms section of this webpage).
