Diversity Related Priorities
In addition to the establishment of a Diversity Oversight Committee, the staff and administration of the Methacton School District are working to accomplish several diversity related priorities:

Encouraging dialogue between parents and administrators on the subject of diversity,

Developing a recruitment strategy that includes working toward the building of a faculty that better reflects the makeup of our student body,

Creating and maintaining a database of diversity related resources for teachers,

Providing forums where students can have a frank dialogue regarding diversity issues, and
-
Demonstrating an inclusive mindset in all that we do.
