Documentation Required to Register Online
Important: These forms are required to complete the online forms. Failure to upload these forms will result in delaying your child’s registration. Once you've gathered your documentation, click the "STEP TWO: ONLINE REGISTRATION" tab and read the instructions to begin the online student registration process.
- The student’s original birth certificate
- Proof of residence (current agreement of sale, current copy of lease agreement or current electric bill)
- Child's proof of current immunization:
- Copy of Immunization Record from your Health Care Provider or
- Copy of Immunization Record from your child's previous school
- Child Custody Agreement (if applicable)
- Multiple Occupancy Form (if applicable)
- If you currently reside in a home that is owned by someone other than yourself, you must fill out a Multiple Occupancy Form, have it notarized, provide a copy of the owner’s proof of residency and bring to your student’s registration appointment. Example: If your family is living with your parents, grandparents, friends, etc.
Additional Documentation you may need to provide:
- First page of an IEP/GIEP/504
- Dental and Physical records

You will be prompted by email to complete the steps to register your child/children.
Please be sure the email address you provide in Pre-Registration is accurate so you receive these emails.
Due to the new process and volume we are expecting, please be aware that it could take up to 10 business days before receiving a confirmation that your registration is complete.

Registration Requirements
Residents of Lower Providence and Worcester townships are eligible to attend Methacton Schools.
School-Aged Eligibility for Kindergarten and First Grade
Kindergarten
In order to be eligible to attend Kindergarten in September of 2020, resident children must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2020.
First Grade
In order to be eligible to attend First Grade in September of 2020, resident children must be six years of age on or before September 1, 2020.
Methacton School Day Hours
Morning Kindergarten: 9:05 a.m. - 11:55 a.m.
Afternoon Kindergarten: 12:45 p.m. - 3:35 p.m.
Elementary Schools (Grades 1-4): 9:05 a.m. - 3:35 p.m.
Skyview Upper Elementary School (Grades 5-6): 8:35 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
Arcola Intermediate School (Grades 7-8): 8:10 a.m. - 2:50 p.m.
Methacton High School (Grades 9-12): 7:35 a.m. - 2:20 p.m.

Any visit to the Registration Office must be by appointment only. No walk-ins are permitted.
