•   I am a 1977 graduate from Methacton High
School, and it is wonderful to be back.  This
is my 11th year here at MHS after teaching in
California and Washington state for 22
      years.  I graduated from Bloomsburg
University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science
in Business Education and Spanish.  I
received my Master's Degree in Business and
      Marketing Education from Central Washington
University in 1990.  I have one daughter who
is attending graduate school at the
      University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
My choice to become a Spanish teacher was
greatly influenced by my Carol Davis who just retired
as Spanish teacher here at MHS.  Mrs. Davis
was my Spanish teacher for three years.  My sister,
Peggy Swope was also a big influence and she just
retired after 35 years of teaching here at MHS.
I am also the advisor for the class of 2015.
