• Social Studies - Grade 5

    Coursework in Social Studies will address the four sets of state standards:

    Geography, History, Civics and Government, and Economics.

    Fifth grade students will receive direct instruction on topics that include : European Exploration, Colonization, French and Indian War, American Revolution, Articles of Confederation, Constitution and Bill of Rights, Early America, War of 18122, Monroe Doctrine and Western Expansion.
