Methacton Warrior Marching Band

The Warrior Marching Band is one of the premiere ensembles at Methacton High School. The program has a rich history of success in the movement arts having won multiple local, regional, and state competitions. The Warrior Band is known for its creative and forward-thinking approach to marching band programming and design.

Mr. McCoach believes that the Warrior Marching Band is for everyone. No prior experience is necessary in any way and there is no such thing as a "bench-warmer" in this ensemble. Plain and simple: You want to join? You're in!
There are several avenues of performance within the Warrior Band:
- Wind Instruments: Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone (all), F Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone, and Tuba
- Percussion Instruments:
- Marching Percussion: Snare, Tenor, Bass and Cymbals
- Front Ensemble (non-marching): All Mallets, Concert Bass, Keyboard, Timpani, Cymbals, Chimes, Gong, Auxiliary Percussion
- Colorguard: Flags, Rifles (wooden - unrealistic), and Sabers blended with dance and movement
