    For Mr. Urbassik’s Classroom

     

     

    1.  BE RESPECTFUL

    ·        People

    ·        Equipment

    ·        Furnishings

     

    2.  BE PREPARED FOR CLASS

    • Have pen or pencil
    • Have textbook, workbook, and/or computer ready to use
    • Have homework or assignments completed

     

    3.  FOLLOW DIRECTIONS THE FIRST TIME THEY ARE GIVEN

     

    4.  BE IN YOUR SEAT WHEN THE BELL RINGS

     

    5.  THE TEACHER DISMISSES THE CLASS, NOT THE BELL

     

     

    IF YOU CHOOSE TO BREAK A RULE

     

    First time:        Student is last to leave the classroom

     

    Second time:      Student/teacher conference on how to address the problem

     

    Third time:           Detention

     

    Fourth Time:         parent/teacher conference and meeting with the Administrator

     

    Severe disruption: Student sent immediately to the office
