• Individualized Education Plan

An IEP (Individualized Education Plan) is developed once a student is found to be eligible for special education services.  It includes the student's most recent and relevant academic and/or behavioral information and goals that are developed to address the student's areas of difficulty.  IEP's are reviewed at least once each year.  Revisions to IEP's can be made at any time throughout the term of the IEP.
Parents are a vital and integral part of the IEP team and are encouraged to participate in the IEP team meeting.
