Chromebook Service and FAQ's
All students in current grades of 7 and 8 are to keep their Chromebooks and chargers. If they are experiencing any issues that need to be fixed, please see directions below to complete a ticket so that it can be addressed:
My district-issued Chromebook isn’t working (broken screen, keyboard, case, power, etc.)

Anyone who is withdrawing and not returning to the district next year must return their district-issued Chromebook to Arcola by Friday June 12.
