ATTENTION--- ALL 2020-21 INCOMING 7th GRADE NEED PROPER IMMUNIZATIONS AMID THE PANDEMIC.
1) ONLY STUDENTS HAVING INCOMPLETE IMMUNIZATIONS RECORDS WILL RECEIVE E-MAIL NOTIFICATION .
2) THOSE PARENTS NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL NEED TO PROVIDE IMMUNIZATION DOCUMENT TO THE ARCOLA NURSE BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2020.
YOUR CHILD WILL BE EXCLUDED AFTER MONDAY, NOVEMBER, 2ND WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
