• Hi I am Mrs. Denise Harlow,

I have been teaching health and physical at Arcola since 1998 and served as the athletic trainer from 1999 to 2004. Prior to teaching at Arcola, I served as the athletic trainer at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School for ten years.

I am a 1988 graduate of West Chester University with a BS in athletic training and received my MEd in health education with a health and PE certification at Eastern College. I graduated from Governor Mifflin High School in Shillington, PA and played field hockey, basketball and participated in track and field.  I also played field hockey for my first two years in college at Beaver College which is now Arcadia University.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being physically active, reading and baking.

I am very proud to be a part of the Arcola/Methacton family and I truly believe we have a great school and one of the best school districts in the area.

I look forward to teaching Arcola students the love of physical activity and how to make healthy decisions in their lifetime.
