MHS SUMMER 2020 READING LIST - ACADEMIC THROUGH HONORS LEVEL
With the summer reading program, the Methacton High School English department promotes the importance of reading year round and how it is fundamental to lifelong learning. We hope that families will support this initiative and encourage students to read this summer. The summer reading assignment for all students in Academic and Honors level English classes is to read a book at the appropriate grade level (books written for young adults). Below is a list of suggested titles. Books labeled as “classics” are in the public domain and available for free online. All books listed are available as ebooks, either for free or through purchase. Please see the information at the bottom of the page for ways to obtain ebooks.
