    I believe that EACH child comes complete with their own set of wonderful gifts and abilities; gifts and abilities that should be recognized, encouraged, and used resourcefully. To be identified gifted and talented, however, means that a child possesses the innate ability for exceptional potential; potential that needs to be nurtured and challenged.
