    Online Kindergarten Registration for the 2020-2021 school year

    will begin on April 27, 2020, at 10:00 AM.

     

    Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Methacton School District!

    Thank you for your patience as we have worked through the process of moving from on-site to online.

    We will be utilizing this process for Kindergarten Enrollment until June 1, 2020.

     

    **NOTE: Please be aware that it could take up to 10 business days before receiving a confirmation that your registration is complete. All 3 steps must be completed before registration can begin processing.***

     

    Registration Requirements

    • Residents of Lower Providence and Worcester Township are eligible to attend Methacton Schools. 
    • In order to be eligible to attend Kindergarten in the fall of 2020, resident children must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2020Our school board policy# 201 does not allow exceptions to this date

     

    Step 1

     

    Before you begin the process:

     

    Please remember to have the required documents ready for your online registration.  It is important that your documents are digitally saved as a single PDF or separate PDF documents.

    • Parent/Guardian photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or work ID)
    • Student's Birth Certificate
    • Immunization record from a Healthcare provider or previous school
    • One Proof of Residence (Current Agreement of Sale if you are purchasing a home in the Methacton School District or Current copy of Lease Agreement (not more than one year old) or Current/most recent Electric Bill)
    • Child Custody Agreement (If Applicable)  

     

    For residents who have a Multiple Occupancy Form to submit for Proof of Residency:

    Multiple Occupancy Form (If applicable)

     

    If you currently reside in Methacton School District in a home/apartment with a resident that owns or leases the property by someone other than yourself or spouse, you must fill out a Multiple Occupancy Form, have it notarized, and provide a copy of the owner’s proof of residency. Example: If your family is living with your parents, grandparents, friends, etc.

     

    *If you are unable to have your Multiple Occupancy Form notarized at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions, you can submit your form and the Owners proof of residency (current electric bill). Central Registration will follow up at a later date to remind you to get the Multiple Occupancy Form notarized.

     

    Step 2: Submitting your Student Data Registration Form

     

    Registration Information will be submitted online by clicking on the attached link and completing the Student Data Registration Form.  

     

    Note: If you are registering more than one student, you will need to complete separate forms for each.

     

    The following supporting documents will need to be uploaded when you complete the Registration Form.

    • Parent/Guardian photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or work ID)
    • Student's Birth Certificate
    • One Proof of Residence (Current Agreement of Sale if you are purchasing a home in the Methacton School District or Current copy of Lease Agreement (not more than one year old) or Current/most recent Electric Bill)

    Step 3: Submitting your Student Health Survey Form

     

    Please complete the Student Health Survey Form.

     

    Note: If you are registering more than one student, you will need to complete separate forms for each.

     

    The following supporting document must be uploaded to complete the Student Health Survey Form.

    • Immunization record from a Healthcare provider or previous school

     

    Please Note: Other forms to be completed but not required for online registration.

    • Health Forms (The physical/dental forms must be dated on or after January 1, 2020, and can be given to the school nurse during the 2020-2021 school year)

     

    Step 4

     

    You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your Online Registration form(s) and Student Health Survey form(s) have been reviewed and approved.
