The TEAM members compete in two additional science competitions:
1. The Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science sponsored by the PA Science Teachers Association. This is an oral presentation of the experimental research plan approved for the Arcola Science Fair.
2. The Montgomery County Science Research Competition sponsored by the Montgomery Science Teachers Association and linked to the INTEL ISEF
International Science Engineering Research Competition. This is a backboard competition with on-site defending of the individual's research plan.
