Due to amended Pennsylvania Department of Health school immunization requirements for students in grades K-12, your son/daughter MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM SCHOOL if they are not compliant with the immunization requirements before the first day of school and/or have a valid medical certificate.

If you have any questions about the new immunization requirements, please contact your child’s school nurse, health care provider, or the PA Department of Health at 1-877-PA-Health (1-877-724-3258).  Immunization information can also be found on the district’s website or at www.montcopa.org/schoolvaccinelaw.
